Week 11

There are definitely possible applications of audio and video podcast at the Library. Lecture could be filmed and available to staff and clients. The different services of the organisation could be explained and demonstrated and available on the website. It would definitely be more attractive to Gen Y. I think though that a lot of sites were not clear on how to just read the podcast or on how to download them. It is assumed that you know how their website is working and that you are used and skilled to access podcast.

Week 10

Not being a librarian, the tool is not very useful to me but I concur with the comment made on the week10 page: have not we got enough work internally? if it is a Library decision to use this tool ok, otherwise let's focus on what we are paid for.
