I can see some application for the video, it could be for our client on the external website to target a particular group : a bit of targeted marketing.
The orientation and talk videos could also be used but it seems that the duration is limited; would it be limited too if we put it on our website (internal or external)?
We have seen some results= videos but how do you get there?
I am hopeless with electronic toys and don't even have a mobile phone. If I want to make it happen: create a video, what is the process? are you going to support these initiatives and help people after the program?

Week 5
RSS definitely help if you regularly consult several site: it provides a much quicker access to information and also a very easy way to select what you want to read ( or to not read). I selected sites in my professional field, news and entertainment sites. I did not find a lot of relevant sites in my professional field. Most of them are American and too technical.
I found that some of the Library blogs look very good and obviously people spend quiet a lot of time populating it. I do my best with this one but I know I have scope for improvment.

Week 4
I have just finished week 4. The most interesting thing I found was actually Wikipedia. I knew about it but never really used it. I have actually searched for some information and got an amazing detailed response. I have doubts though on one piece of information ! but is google more reliable?????
Professionally this application would have been useful when I worked internationally : with people travelling a lot and the time difference, e-mails have some limitations.
