I can see some application for the video, it could be for our client on the external website to target a particular group : a bit of targeted marketing.
The orientation and talk videos could also be used but it seems that the duration is limited; would it be limited too if we put it on our website (internal or external)?
We have seen some results= videos but how do you get there?
I am hopeless with electronic toys and don't even have a mobile phone. If I want to make it happen: create a video, what is the process? are you going to support these initiatives and help people after the program?

You are asking questions which we still have to work out the answers to. We would already have technology within the organisation to make videos (most digital cameras can do this). I think some of these ideas will be addressed when we look at the library service model later this year - as how we use these technologies will be influenced by the kind of service model which we all decide on.
